Hilton Worldwide University (HWU) is a virtual, global university that offers an extensive training curriculum to provide each Team Member across our organization with direct access to the right skills, knowledge and learning experiences to be successful. There are more than 2500 different courses that are delivered through classroom training, E-learning, webinars, e-books, live and taped programs, on-the-job development experiences, social learning and apps. We stimulate our Team Members to develop themselves via the 70|20|10 principle whereby 70% on the job learning, 20% cross exposures/coaching and 10% formal learning tools are applicable for all levels throughout our organization.
